Terms and Conditions

The service

We provide a done-for-you package that may include a website, an AI front desk that answers calls and books appointments, online booking, and a Google review engine, built and maintained on our platform. Specific features depend on the plan you choose.

Fees and billing

Our core plan is billed monthly at the price shown on our pricing page, with no setup fee and no long-term contract. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the content and claims of your business, and for using the service in a lawful way. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful communications.

Your content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as your logo, photos, and business information, and you grant us the license needed to build and operate your site and services. The underlying platform, software, and templates remain the property of Wild Wing and its providers.

AI front desk

The AI front desk is an automated system. We configure it carefully and tune it with you, but automated systems can make mistakes or misunderstand a caller. You are responsible for reviewing bookings and following up with customers, and we are not liable for the outcome of any individual call.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party providers for hosting, telephony, messaging, reviews, and payments. Your use of those features is also subject to the providers' terms, and we are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, calls, bookings, or revenue, since results depend on your market, your service, and your follow-up. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Wing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or end the service if these terms are breached or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the service means you accept the changes. Questions can be sent to support@wildwingdesign.com.
