We keep our billing simple and fair. Wild Wing Design is a month-to-month service with no setup fee and no long-term contract. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Month to month, cancel anytime
Your subscription renews each month. You can cancel at any time and your service will continue through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, you will not be billed again.
Monthly fees
Because our plans are billed monthly and there is no contract, we do not provide partial-month or pro-rated refunds for time already billed. There is no setup fee to refund.
Our delivery guarantee
We stand behind getting you live quickly. If we do not have your site and front desk live within 7 business days of receiving what we need from you, your next month is on us. This is a promise about our own performance and applies to the build timeline, not to marketing results, which depend on your market and follow-up.
How to cancel
To cancel, contact us at support@wildwingdesign.com and we will confirm your cancellation and your final billing date.
