Refund Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
We keep our billing simple and fair. Wild Wing Technology Inc. ("Wild Wing") offers monthly and yearly plans with no long-term contract. Monthly plans include a one-time setup fee that covers building and launching your website and AI front desk; the setup fee is waived on yearly plans. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Month to month, cancel anytime
Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year. You can cancel at any time and your service will continue through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, you will not be billed again.
Plan fees and the setup fee
Because our plans are billed in advance and there is no contract, we do not provide partial-period or pro-rated refunds for time already billed. The one-time setup fee pays for the work of building and launching your website and front desk, so it is not refundable once that work has started, except under our delivery guarantee below.
Our delivery guarantee
We stand behind getting you live quickly. If we do not have your site and front desk live within 7 business days of receiving what we need from you, we refund your setup fee in full. On a yearly plan, which has no setup fee, we add a free month to your term instead. The 7 business days start once you have sent everything on your access checklist, and they pause while we are waiting on you. The guarantee applies once per client, to your first launch. This is a promise about our own performance and applies to the build timeline, not to marketing results, which depend on your market and follow-up.
